How do I start my 30-day free trial?
Open the home page, enter your business details and select Create my account. A unique account address will be issued and you can sign in with your chosen e-mail and password.
Can I sign in from another phone or computer?
Yes. Use the same business account URL and your authorized user credentials.
Where do I pay during my trial?
Sign in as the business administrator, then open Settings → Subscription. Select a plan and payment method offered for your account.
Will payment start the plan automatically?
Verified online payments can activate automatically when Razorpay is configured. UPI or bank transfers require Cloud Admin verification before activation.
What happens when my trial or subscription expires?
Your records stay available for viewing, printing, exporting and backup, while new accounting entries become read-only until renewal.
Are prices the same for every branch?
No. The Multiple Branch plan has one flat YEARLY price for up to 100 active branches, including Head Office (2 logins per branch). No additional branch fee is added.
How do I recover access?
Use your company address and its authorized administrator credentials. If you cannot find your business URL, enter your account e-mail on the Sign in page or contact support.
